As a non-profit, charitable organization registered with Revenue Canada, WeAreHis Ministries is a Board run ministry. The Board consists of Simon Apperloo, Wayne Frater, and Cathrine Pamenter.

Simon Apperloo, who serves as President, has served in various capacities in several church ministries mostly focussed on diaconal outreach. He has served as Board Member and as chair for Diaconal Ministries Canada. He has also served on regional and local church councils. Simon is currently active in the media ministry in his hometown church of Victory Lethbridge.

Currently Simon is a manager of a remote technical support team for Allstream. He, his wife Lucretia, and their three boys have lived in Lethbridge for the past 10 years

Rev. Wayne Frater was ordained in 1999 as a minister with IAOGICan. Wayne has been pastoring Radium Christian Fellowship in Radium BC. since 1998. Wayne is a Regional Secretary for the IAOGICan, representing North and East BC and is on the National Board of Directors for IAOGICan.

Wayne and his wife, Linda, are active members of the communities in the Radium/Invermere area where they have lived for most of their lives.

Rev. Cathy Pamenter, who serves as Secretary, has been very active in the past by volunteering her time on the boards of several small organizations, including the Dease Lake Reading Centre and the Dease Lake Internet Society. Cathy has worked for many years as a public school teacher, and is fully involved with Living Waters Christian Community Church. Cathy's three terms as the president of the local teacher's union has provided her with many leadership experiences from which to draw.

Currently, Cathy lives in Dease Lake BC with her husband Doug, ministering to the people there. Her passion is for true worship and to see others embrace the joy of taking God out of their box, only to find how wide and long, high and deep is the love of Christ for them.
